Loch Ness Drama Picked Up for 13th Street

LONDON: NBCUniversal International Networks has acquired Loch Ness from ITV Studios Global Entertainment for the crime and suspense channel 13th Street, which will air the six-parter in France, Spain, Germany and Poland.

Currently in production in Scotland, the ITV Studios crime drama will premiere on the channel in early 2017. The murder mystery follows a serial killer being tracked down near Scotland’s iconic loch.

“As the channel dedicated to the best in crime and suspense drama, 13th Street is the perfect home for this unique, murder mystery,” commented Steve Patscheck, the executive VP of global programming at NBCU International Networks. “We look forward to debuting the series to our 13th Street audiences across France, Spain, Germany and Poland as part of the channel’s thrilling programming mix.”
