MIAMI: SOMOS Distribution has closed a deal for the exclusive rights in the U.S. Hispanic market for the Greek series Stolen Dreams, which is currently airing in its fifth season on the Mega channel in Greece.

Stolen Dreams tells the story of a man having an affair. One day, two boys are born in the same place and have the same father. He decides to change their destinies by switching their mothers. The healthy baby is given to the wife, while the sick child is handed to the mistress. This will have dire consequences in the lives of the two boys.

Stolen Dreams is in line with the company’s strategy of offering clients the best of global television regardless of location,” said Francisco Villanueva, the VP and COO of SOMOS Distribution. “This is a vital role for an independent distributor like SOMOS Distribution. I trust that having a novela like Stolen Dreams will be well received by our clients. There aren’t many productions that have such a long air time unless the story and production value can keep audiences’ attention.”
