Diamond-Trade Drama ICE Picked Up in Canada

EDMONTON: Canada’s Super Channel has licensed the serialized crime drama ICE, set in the Los Angeles diamond trade, from Entertainment One (eOne).

ICE is executive produced by Antoine Fuqua (The Magnificent Seven, The Equalizer, Training Day), who also directed the first episode. Super Channel is offering a sneak peek starting February 27 for both subscribers and non-subscribers. The week-long free sampling will be followed by a March 6 Canadian broadcast premiere.

The ten-episode series is executive produced by Fuqua and Bart Peters, creator Robert Munic (The Cleaner) and showrunner James Manos, Jr. (Dexter). eOne produces the show, with participation from IM Global Television and in association with AT&T for AT&T Audience Network in the U.S.
