Nippon TV Taps Yoshio Nakayama to Lead Global Business Development

Nippon Television Network Corporation (Nippon TV) has appointed Board Director and Operating Officer Yoshio Nakayama to oversee the international business development division, which is celebrating its fifth anniversary.

In this position, Nakayama will report directly to Nippon TV’s president and chief executive operating officer, Yoshio Okubo. Nakayama has more than 30 years of experience at Nippon TV and will spearhead the company’s global growth through new relationships and business opportunities.

This year marks the fifth anniversary of Nippon TV’s international business development division, where revenue and sales are currently at an all-time high. Atsushi Hatayama, who has served as president of the international business division since June 2016, will continue in this role and will now report directly to Nakayama.
