FOX Networks Group Asia has announced a two-year deal with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club that brings a weekly branded block to its sports channels across Asia.

The pact brings Spurs TV to the FOX Sports, FOX Sports 2 and FOX Sports 3 channels and the FOX Sports digital network in Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Mongolia, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam over the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons. The three-hour block will air weekly and include a delayed full-match broadcast of the Match of the Week, featuring the best Spurs performance from the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, The FA Cup and EFL Cup. There will also be behind-the-scenes footage from the club’s training center.

Italo Zanzi, executive VP and managing director of sports for AsiaPac and the Middle East at FOX Networks Group, said, “Tottenham Hotspur is clearly a club on the rise and we are excited to deliver the club’s near-live Premier League matches through Spurs TV to fans across Asia. This agreement is a core part of our new English football initiative that will deliver a uniquely compelling offering to viewers and advertisers in the region.”

Aidan Mullally, head of business development at Tottenham Hotspur, added, “We are pleased to be partnering with FOX Sports, a broadcaster with a great track record of producing high-quality football output across Asia. As our supporter base in the region continues to grow, we hope this relationship will help bring our fans even closer to the club as well as attracting many more to follow us.”
