FIC Asia Scores Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

HONG KONG: FOX International Channels in Asia has taken the exclusive first-window pay-TV rights in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast Asia for a number of series from Disney Media Distribution, including Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Once Upon a Time in Wonderland.

The pact expands on an output deal between FIC and Disney for the exclusive first window pay-TV rights for Marvel’s live action features on FOX Movies Premium.

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will air on FOX in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines and on STAR Movies in Taiwan. Once Upon a Time in Wonderland is set for the female-skewing STAR World in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, beginning in January. Killer Women and Trophy Wife will also air on STAR World in those markets.

Through our close partnership with DMD, we are able to present our viewers with more of what they love, such as the hugely successful Marvel live action series and movies, along with a wide variety of other top-rated television programs.”
