Keshet International has signed an agreement with Studio+, the first app developed by Vivendi Group for viewing digital short premium content, for New Form’s sci-fi adventure series Miss 2059.
The worldwide exclusive first-run deal (excluding the U.S., China, Norway and Poland) will see season one of Miss 2059 available on the SVOD platform in the coming months. Miss 2059 is an intergalactic sci-fi adventure about a beauty queen on Earth who is mistakenly selected to represent humanity in a life-or-death Galactic tournament. The 12×10-minute series stars Anna Akana (1.4 million YouTube subscribers, Ant Man, The Fosters), Nikki Soohoo (The Lovely Bones, Stick It, Private Practice) and Hartley Sawyer (Geek & Sundry’s Caper, The Young and the Restless, The McCarthys).
