Starz App Rolling Out on Roku

BEVERLY HILLS: Starz is scheduled to launch its app on the Roku platform starting July 17, making available original series such as Outlander and Power on Roku players and TVs.

The Starz App allows viewers to access more than 2,700 titles each month, including original content such as the upcoming American Gods, plus popular movies such as Avengers: Age of Ultron. Starz subscribers from participating cable, satellite and telco partners can also authenticate and view the network’s content.

Roku streaming players and the Roku Streaming Stick are sold through major retailers in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., the Republic of Ireland, France and Mexico.
