Premiere Posts Revenue, Subscriber Gains

MUNICH, November 6: Revenues for the third quarter were up 8
percent to 247.5 million euros at German pay-TV platform Premiere, which posted
a third-quarter profit of 100,000 euros, versus its 32.6 million euros loss in
the previous quarter.

The company noted that EBITDA doubled to 22 million euros,
helped along by a 700,221 increase in customers. Premiere had 4.173 million
subscribers at the end of September. This includes 642,229 indirect Bundesliga
subscribers through arena and Unitymedia.

For the full year, Premiere is expecting revenues to hit 1
billion euros, with an EBITDA of between 80 million euros and 100 million
euros. By year end 2007, Premiere forecasts 3.7 million direct subscribers and
700,000 indirect customers who receive the Bundesliga by Premiere through the
arena and Unitymedia platforms.
