Endemol Shine Strengthens Group Commercial Partnerships Team

Endemol Shine Group has appointed Kathryn Flood and Lawrence Pavely as creative strategists within the commercial partnerships team.

Flood and Pavely’s responsibilities will include developing international sales propositions for branded content in the TV and digital sectors. They will be charged with generating new business sales and working with brands and clients locally and pan-regionally, utilizing the Endemol Shine Group’s multi-territory reach. Both Flood and Pavely will report to James Hayr, the head of sales for commercial partnerships.

Flood joins Endemol Shine Group from Hearst Media, where she served as global business director, working across the Hearst portfolio on several key agencies, including Mindshare and OMD. Pavely was previously the director of international partnerships and ad sales for EMEA at Discovery Networks, where he led the EMEA Discovery and Eurosport International sales team.

Hayr remarked, “Kathryn and Lawrence have a wealth of sales experience and a passion for content, which will enable us to further grow our multiplatform and content-led advertising output. This is a really exciting time for the group’s branded content and content marketing business as we continue to bring our world-class creativity and storytelling to some of the world’s biggest brands.”
