Brad Brooks Exits DIC

BURBANK, June 13: DIC Entertainment has named Jeffrey Edell
as president and COO following Brad Brooks’ resignation to return to investment
banking with a position at Imperial Capital.

Brooks will continue as a consultant to DIC’s senior
management in finance and strategy assessment.

Edell will manage DIC’s operating units worldwide, including
consumer products, television and home entertainment. He will report directly
chairman and CEO Andy Heyward. Most recently, Edell was president and CEO of
MFC Development Corporation, a direct response marketing and branding company
focused on health, beauty, fitness and home consumer products. Previously, he
served as chairman of Intermix Media, formerly parent company of MySpace.
