20th Century Fox TV Distribution Taps CANAL+ Group Exec

LOS ANGELES: Manuel Alduy has been appointed as senior VP of sales and development at Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution (TCFTVD) and managing director of the Paris office.

In this role, Alduy will oversee the distribution of Twentieth Century Fox’s programming across pay, basic and free TV, as well as SVOD. In addition, he will develop new opportunities in local programming on behalf of TCFTVD. Alduy will report into the head office in Los Angeles.

Alduy formerly served as the head of CANAL OTT at CANAL+ Group. In that position, he led the web and mobile division for CANAL+ Group. Prior to that, he served as head of cinema and TV series acquisitions. He also held the position of head of French cinema acquisitions at CANAL+.
